The Team

Tim is the creative energy behind Burlington(UK)Construction Limited, founding the company in 2017.

Having worked in the construction industry since leaving school as a carpenter/Joiner, tim quickly advanced at Walsh construction in Essex to the position of site foreman where he was responsible for managing the day to day running of single projects.

Four years after joining the company he was promoted again to senior projects manager running numerous projects at once.

Then having relocated to North Devon with his family, he began the journey of running his own carpentry company, to where in 2014 he went into partnership and created Xcelsior, a successful building and electrical company.

With his extensive management experiences across building and construction projects, Xcelsior was successfully re-structured in 2017 and Tim became sole owner and director of Burlington (UK) Construction Limited, priding himself on maximising value for customers while maintaining outstanding results.

Tim's positive approach to management, design and construction brings a clear focus on safety, high quality and collaborative efficiency combined with his real passion for bespoke carpentry giving clients with unique designs their dream home.
